Wild Coaching

I am a trained somatic coach, offering 1-1 personal development using nature connection and embodied approaches to nourish your vision and support you to create lasting change in your life.

I will work with you to unlock the knowledge you carry within you, releasing historic patterns and stories, and to develop new embodied practices that reflect and support you to live in a more heart centred way.

My coaching work takes its inspiration from the wild, draws on 12 years experience of working in the outdoors, training in guiding and mirroring with the School of Lost Borders, and my work as a rites of passage guide. It is supported by my own dedicated personal practise, developed over the past 20 years.

Nature-based Mentoring

I offer 1-1 mentoring for individuals who are seeking to deepen their relationship with the wild in their personal and professional lives.

In these times, a need to come into stronger and more intimate relationship with nature is pivotal, and has been proven to be deeply supportive to our mental wellbeing and holistic health. In re-learning that nature is not separate from us but a part of us, it offers us a mirror to our lives, which can guide and teach us. Together, we will explore how to live in closer alignment to nature, in ways that can offer deep inspiration, support, and belonging.

As a trained mountain leader, environmental educator and nature connection facilitator, I can support you to build your confidence in the outdoors, and discover your own unique relationship to the natural world.

I also offer mentoring to those already working in the outdoors, or to people seeking to bring nature connection into their work.

Teen Mentoring

Working 1-1 supporting young people is one of my greatest joys in my work and grew out of direct requests from young people. From my many years of work in Rites of Passage, it is clear that at a certain time in life, young people can benefit enormously from a relationship with someone outside of the family. A mentor provides this essential role, to walk beside young people as they meet the questions and challenges of their life. I provide an accessible, supportive, inspiring and accountable space for young people to explore what’s arising in their life, supporting healthy relationships with family and community, tending to their authentic selves, and fostering a sense of belonging.

I see young people face to face, via zoom or phone, both of which I have found to be very supportive. There is no right or wrong age range for the mentoring relationship and if you think your young person could benefit from it, get in touch to discuss it.

Cost

Coaching or mentoring sessions cost £60 / hour or £50 / hour for teenagers.

Please get in touch to arrange an initial complementary 30 minute consultation to explore your hopes for the work and how I may be able to support you.
